After graduating from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy,(ASMT) in 2007, I continued my education at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts where I recieved my certificate to teach Yoga. Upon finishing my yoga certification I gave birth to a beautiful girl who inspired me to assist other women in pregnancy. It is a strong belief of mine that in order to care for another you must first take care of yourself. I know personally both the physical and emotional stresses pregnancy can bring to a woman and I want to help in relieving it so that you can focus on all the beauty of childbearing. Therapeutic massages during and after pregnancy helps mother's to sleep better and lower fatigue.
